ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Pete was a successful business entrepreneur and commercial real-estate investor for 25 years, before developing Hoop To Hoop. He played and stared in high School in NJ, before attending Moravian College to play basketball,  where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984.  Pete played in the Division 3 NCAA Tournament in 1983. He was named MVP of his College team in his Senior year. While in college the basketball team tour some European countries playing against top division pro teams. After college Pete played semi pro basketball at the infamous Headliner in Belmar in the mid 80`s with many NBA & college players.  

Coach Pete first introduced his innovative basketball approach 15 years ago, while teaching entry level basketball to youth at St Leo the Great Church in Lincroft, NJ. The following years he developed teams in local Central, NJ  leagues from the 3rd grade up to the 8th grade, while guiding his teams to multiple championships. With the emergence of those teams, he then coached on the AAU circuit, with teams he created, the Lincroft Spartans and the NJ Express. With all of those experiences it fostered the development of Hoop To Hoop Basketball in 2013. 

Now in 2017, Pete is working on perfecting the Hoop To Hoop franchise model to introduce to the country. Pete resides in Lincroft ,NJ with his wife Lorraine and son Joshua 16 and daughter Kate, 13. Peter also has a son Benjamin, 29 who is in the entertainment industry.
